Doing a quick search of those codes will get you a long way, let me start you off:
P1349
VVT System Malfunction (Bank 1)
P1346
VVT Sensor Rang/Performance Problem (Bank 1)
All of the 30X codes are misfires, have you replaced any coils as of now? I think these codes are coming due to the VVTI System malfunction...
You may have to replace the VVT Oil Valve (to fix the VVT System Malfunction), or try cleaning it, but I don't know if people have had success just cleaning it?
