Default P1150

Just went to autozone and got the codes scanned, P1150. Air/Fuel Ratio sensor bank 2 sensor 1 (front of the engine). I just reset the light and put some fuel injector cleaner in it, and now I'm going to go clean the MAF sensor. Is there anything else I should check. On the MYLEXUS vehicle history it shows that they replaced one a/f sensor but it doesn't say which one should I call Lexus and ask them, will they tell me?
Thanks in advance.

I would wait and see if it comes back. Mine did the same thing a few months ago. I just reset the light and was going to put some fuel system cleaner in it, but the light has not come back and I never put the cleaner in it. My sensors were both replaced about 10k miles ago.

I've now driven 250+ miles and the sign hasn't come back. I'm currently running fuel injector cleaner through it though. I also cleaned out the MAF sensor because I had to clean it sooner or later because it was idling a little low, but now it is back to around 750. I bought the car when it had 100k miles, it has full service records and was always serviced at Lexus. And, so I saw that they already replaced the A/F sensor and I figured that it was probably a case of bad gas and my air filter being extremely dirty (I've ordered a replacement so It's on the way), along with the dirty MAF (now clean) which is probably what triggered the code.

Well, looks like I was wrong about the bad gas. The code is back...looks like I'll be replacing the A/F sensor, I'm taking a road trip to Niagara Falls next weekend so I have to get this fixed tommorow or Monday. Is it fine to take a road trip right after having this Air/Fuel Sensor replaced?

Edit: The sign has gone away again...So it looks like it is a case of bad gas...hopefully. The car runs great and isn't running any different so I'm pretty sure its bad gas. So I won't be replacing the A/F sensor atleast for now that is.
