Whoops...missed your ground wire post there.
I agree with 99rx.
Start by hooking that up since a bunch of electrical components used that wire as a ground point.
The photo I provided is showing that "EC" is the ground wire that you missed.

Ya, everything originates back to that ground. It's the wire that could cure everything. Lol!

Default Ground location

99rx,
Where is this ground located?
In the engine compartment?
It should be easy enough to locate with all the wires running to it.
I want to check mine and make sure it's clean and tight.
Thank's

Default Ground Location

Thanks for your response.
I'll go see if I can feel the ground back there
Again, it should be easy to locate it with all the wires running to it. It has to be the only kind of connection like that back there.
Trust Lexus to put it an almost impossible location. I hope I can get a wrench on it.

mno221,
Two ground wires are bolted to the back of the plenum (top center rear of engine, under the wiper box). Requires a 10MM wrench and agile hands. Reach between the plenum and wiper box (while engine is cool) and you can feel the grounds. They are bolted tight to the plenum, finger length distance from the top.
It's a bit of work, but you could pull the hood and wiper box out; then you can actually see the grounds and connection.
