Question Rough Idle Issue

Recently (last two days or so) my RX300's has been idling roughly when stopped and in gear. Every 15 seconds or so, the RPMs drop form about 750 to 500 and then back up again and the engine seems to shudder. When I resume driving it shudders again upon acceleration but then smooths out when at higher speeds.
I've been looking around online and some of the symptoms seem match those of an IACV issue. Has anybody had similar symptoms? What was the solution?
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like it's a misfire issue. Any cel's on? If so get them read and see what's up.

Sounds like you should try cleaning the iac valve. That is most likely the culprit. Just for the heck of it,try disconnecting the neg batt. terminal for 10 mins. might clear it up. also try cleaning the MAF sensor located on the top of the air cleaner box. Lastly, try some good fuel injector cleaner i.e Chevron Techron.
