The reflectors are not built for that quality of light and it will create an unfocused beam pattern which unless pointed way down will blind oncoming traffic. If you're going to do it do it right and retrofit the housing with the proper reflectors or projectors. Plus a 55w setup might be too hot for the stock wiring and creates a potential for an electrical fire.
