P0303 is related to an ignition coil, rear middle behind the intake manifold. That can be removed with a 10mm wrench to take out the bolt, see photos and the remove the small connector on the top of each coil.

The other codes are related to igniter circuit malfunctions in cylinders 2, 3 and 4. 3 is the rear middle, 2 is the front left (passenger side) and 4 is the front middle coil that would be visible here. 3 would be behind the silver intake manifold. I would check that the connectors on the top of each coil are firmly in place.

Now, I have assumed you have tried to disconnect the battery and let the system reset and still have found the set codes. I would also assume that the check engine light is flashing at this point in time as that would indicate a current and ongoing misfire.

Assuming you have no other codes that are like P030X, then changing out the rear middle coil would be the likely course of action. You could also verify the coil was indeed dead by removing that coil and putting another one of the remaining 5 functioning coils in its place and then put the dead one where the one was. The a different P030X code would show up, and you would know to replace that ignition coil.

P0301- cylinder 1
P0302- cylinder 2
P0303- cylinder 3
P0304- cylinder 4
P0305- cylinder 5
P0306- cylinder 6

Front coils you see in the picture below (the 3 ones), got 2, 4, 6 from left to right and rear ones behind the intake manifold go from 1, 3, 5 from left to right.

The igniter circuit issue, those P13XX codes, maybe be more problematic if it involves any type of issue going back to the ECM (engine control module) located in the glove compartment. It could also be a wiring or harness issue, but the main cause usually involves one of the coils, and the P0303 code is a misfire code.

Default Replaced MAF

I get codes starting with P1300 and going up

P1300
P1305
P1310
P1315
P1320
P1325

It happened all at once I think one culprit is causing all the rest.

No says how to fix it

Come on guys....someone had to have had this happen.

Those equate to all 6 cylinders. Verify also that the EFI fuse in your fuse box is there and fully pushed in. It's a yellow amp 20 fuse.

Are you still getting that misfire code, the P0303?

Is the CEL flashing or is it just solid.

I have a 1999 RX300. 185k miles. I just replaced the timing belt, water pump, Cam Shaft Oil Seals, Idlers and belt tensioner. I also recently replaces one coil and all the spark plugs. Prior to the belt change everything ran well but it leaked oil. Now the car runs rough and the CEL blinks with error 1310 I don't believe the cams are out of timing I check them three times Prior to start up. Any suggestions?
