Not sure, but 75K I don't believe is the "major" one, but the 60K is the big one, which was timing belt (with waterpump, which dealer will suggest), spark plugs, antifreeze, brake fluid, rear diff. fluid, and oil change plus all filters. I believe the 60K maintenace is $1600 at dealership. If you did not have these done at 60K, the dealer will want to do these.
As for REAL maintenance times for items, go with:
100K for timing belt and water pump if necessary
100K for spark plugs
60K for brake fluids if they look dark or you feel braking softness
35K-40K for brake pads, depending on how you drive, could be as little as 25K.
20K tops for air filter
3K for oil change
60K for rear diff
50K for transmission drain and fill
I can't think of anything else as a "maintenance" thing. I'm sure others can jump in with some other items.
As for brakes, if you can't do yourself, then I would say a reputable brake shop is good. The RX300 is not a sophisicated braking system and should run about $100-150/pair at a brake shop or Pepboys as such.

hmm the dealer didnt ask for the timing belt for 60K, however, could be happening for the 75K i guess...could vary dealer to dealer?
As for the brakes, i cannot do it myself(need more tools) and i usually have car work done at the dealer, except state inspections and emissions, so getting true work done at a little shop is still seems a little iffy to me...however, getting ripped off at the stealership sucks too.
Doesn't help my confidence that a friend had his toyota minivan fixed at the local Meineke and one of his rims was SERIOUSLY bent...
Brakes are very easy, any competent shop can do them with no issues.
Or use your brake replacement budget to buy the tools. You only need 2 wrenches (12mm & 14mm I think) and a C-clamp. A floor jack with jack stands would be nice too but not necessary. Call a buddy that has done a few brake jobs before, get a 12 pack of bud and you will be done in less than 1 hour. If your rotors are in good shape you could be on your 3rd beer and only out $50. IMO

Timing belt, W/P, idler pulleys are all at 90k on an RX, but trust me, I've changed them, as have many others here and they are of such high quality they will probably go twice that. Everything I took off at over 100k looked like new.

a lot of the maintenance is also personal preference, for example heres my schedule:
every 3k miles - oil change even though i do use synthetic
every other oil change air filter - i have K&N so i just clean it
every other oil change tire rotation
every other oil change drain and fill for the transmission
on top of that just monitor everything else and do it as needed

You need to have a serious talk with your dealer. He is taking you for a ride. Timing belt isn't due to 90K and it's even debatable if it's needed then. Spark plugs are not due to 120K. Mine came out at 125K looking like new. Rear diff fluid is lifetime fluid. All these are per Lexus owners manual. Rear diff fluid is the only one I might consider changing. It's cheap and can't hurt. I still have my original fluid at 150K but I know others recommend changing it.
Agree with Lexus114, timing belt and spark plugs can go way over 100K miles. I would change out all the fluids: oil, rad, brakes, transmission, tranaxles (if AWD), and replace engine, oil, and cabin filters. Check the air pressure, wash the car inside out, give it a good wax and you feel like you have a new car again.

unohoo my boy,we gota talk,as your friend, lets look at some things you may be doing wrong here.1st- if your changing your oil @ 3k intervals on synthetic, your wasting money.the main reason synthetic is even needed is for an extended drain interval, and extreme cold.if your going to stay on a 3k oci, i recommend a good conventional oil. i.e pennzoil, quakerstate, exxon superflo.
2nd- every time you clean a k&n air filter, you reduce its efficency.(i know its spelled wrong) i would recommend once every two years.(check it on a yearly basis though) just these recommendations will save you time, money, and you will still have your piece of mind.
as far as the other two,i believe your on the right track.

well the oil i know is overkill but i like doing it that often just to keep it nice and clean, not to mention once i switched to synthetic it seemed to run smoother and better, maybe its just psychological but hey it cant hurt to change it out that much, besides whats 30 bucks every 3k miles?
and the air filter i figured it would degrade after awhile, i didnt know any specs on how long to keep it so i had just kinda planned on keeping it a year or so before replacing
The Lexus dealership is not the place to get a "brake job" - they will charge you twice what any other reliable repair facility will. Try your local Toyota dealer first or any brake/muffler specialist. You will need new pads and possibly the rotors turned.
If you've been a really bad boy/girl, you may need the rotors replaced
