Looking for feed back on roof top storage compartments. Due to the 75lb. load limit on the luggage racks, once you install a hard box type compartment there's not much left for storage. Therefore I'm interested in the soft compartments (pvc, vinyl, nylon, etc.)

Looking for feed back from people who have had experience with roof top storage compartments.

So far the only one I've seen that is somewhat areodynamic is the "Sherpa" brand.

Just looking to free up a little interior space for family vacations, maybe 10 to 15 sq. ft..

The only one I have seen on an RX was in the Lexus dealer showroom. It was a square, blue, soft cloth material - the type of stuff that Jansport bookbags are made of. I can't remember the brand, but it did fit nicely on top.

Just picked up a samsonite unit +-$50.00 well made, water resistant and plenty of room!
