Yes, they will. Most wheels are interchangeable between the two but a couple of aftermarket are a little iffy.

a handfull of people have put the 18's from an RX330 on their RX300's with no problems. I have a set that I'll be getting mounted and balanced pretty soon.

Default Change to RX330 wheels

So going to 18" wheels from an RX330 onto a 2000 RX300 will result in the same diamater of tires? And not change the calibration/accuracy of the speedometer?
Thanks for info.

you just need to run the correct size tires to maintain correct rolling diameter. i have the graphite rx400h rims as my winter wheels for my 2000 rx300. i'll take a look to see what size tires i'm running.

I just put them on my wife's RX300 and we're having no issues whatsoever. They don't need spacers or any additional hardware, just get the tire size that keeps the stock wheel diameter.

Okay, just to clarify - 225/65R17 tires on a 17" lexus oe rim will work on the RX300 replacing the 16" rim w/ P225/70R16 tires?

Just want to make sure the larger rim with the same tire diameter doesn't equal a larger wheel (rim & tire combined)

I went from stock tires (225/70R/16) to RX330 rims and tires (235/55R/18) and now according to tiresizecalculator my speedo reads 0.8% too fast (so when my speedo reeds 60mpg I'm only traveling at 59.5mph)
