Hi Salim!
It is 240,000 miles.
OK, here is what I have replaced;
Battery
Rear Air - Fuel Sensor
Replaced Charcoal Canister
Replaced Rear Struts
4 New rotors
Replaced front pads 3 times, rear 2 times.
Replaced altenator and power steering belts 2 times.
Replaced Timing Belt, Idler Pulley, tensioner, water pump.
Replaced 2 knock sensors* coolant bypass hose, and small wire harness.
Replaced spark plugs 3 times*.
Replaced #5 coil.
Changed front and rear differential fluid. (Thanks to Lexmex!)
Changed power steering fluid with Mobil 1. (Again Thanks to Lexmex!)
Replaced coolant 3 times.(Drain and fill 2 times, knock sensors I did a complete coolant change, drained block.)
Changed transmission fluid 4 times with Toyota type 4 fluid.
Had 3 windshilds replaced.
2 sets of tires since I have had it. (Purchaced with 46,000 miles on it.)
Four wheel alignment 1 time when they put the last set of tires on it.
*Had a small disaster while changing my knock sensors. Ended up sucking up a loose washer in number 5 cylinder. (Crushing my #5 spark plug!)It was one of those washers that holds down the intake. There are 2 loose washers there, the other ones are mated to the nuts, why these 2 were used like this, I still don't know.
My rx sounded like a diesel!
Ended up getting it out through the spark plug hole with a bore scope, and a magnet!
Put it all back together,(With all new spark plugs) and my rx still runs fine!
Those knock sensors must have been going for a long time before they triggered a code, I used to get a lot of knocking driving around under a slight
load. Installed new sensors, and now it feels like new! No Knocking!
I love my rx and I plan on keeping it for another 200,000 miles or 4 years!
Whichever comes last!

Well barryst Im sure it is possible. On the philly news station (fox) the other night ,their was a woman on from Florida who owned a 71 or 72 Chevy Camaro with Supposedly 1,000,000 miles on it. And original engine trans etc.I am still not sure I believe this simply due to exceeding the mechanical limits of the automobile. But that is what she claimed anyway, btw the car looked like brand new too.I wonder if she used Pennzoil?

1M miles on original engine is horse poop. The person had to have rolled forward the odom. for publicity. After 1M miles, the engine would have required atleast one rebuild and new rings.
My '99 RX only has about 120K, but I plan on driving it to 200K if the next RX is not significantly better or does not have 3rd row.
As of now, besides maintenance, have replaced the four suspensions, rear oxygen sensor, and two coil packs. Otherwise all good thus far.

Call me strange, but every week I peruse the Mainheim Auto Dealer Auction site and look to see what's being sold that week. I'll sort the cars by mileage and I've seen some incredible numbers on vehicles. There's usually at least one or two trucks that will have north of 500K on them. Usually diesels.. The most I've seen on an RX was just over 300K. IIRC it sold for right around 1100.00
