Hi I want to install XM in my RX300. I've done a search on this forum but was wondering if there are any new solutions yet? I've contacted Lexus and they said they can install XM directly for $750 installed using my non navigation screen. Is there a cheaper solution for Aux/Direct in?

I've been following this for several years. There are numerous non-professional solutions that have been presented, but I don't think there are any professional products available. Either the professional products specifically say they won't work with non-NAV RX300s, or there are some sources that say they will and others that say they won't.

I'm planning to do my own non-professional XM installation some time this Summer (or maybe Fall). I have all the parts assembled. I have a feeling that, when pinned down, the Lexus dealer will find they have made a mistake and won't do it for $750.
