I don't have cd changer in my 2000 RX so I wonder is there a cable available that I can buy and plug into that cd connector to play ipod? Please help.

Please look up [search ipod]. Lexus does not have a standard audio input. People have hacked up a setup which may meet your requirements. The Audio system is shared in IS, RX, SC and LS [depends upon model and year]
