Noticed a vibration upon braking. I believe the rotors are slightly warped but not sure if it's the front or the rears.

Is there an easy way to tell which of the rotors (front or rears) are warped?

Also... are OEM Lexus rotors machinable?

Probably front - they do by far the greater part of the braking. Do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel?

I concur, likely the fronts. Yes, they are machineable as I have done it many times myself down here.

More or less that rule of thumb is that if you feel vibration in the steering wheel and brake pedal, then front rotors are warped, if it is in your seat/car floor, then back rotors are at fault.
Does not always work that way though.

On my sedan... I was able to pull on the handbrake while going around 40mph to test to see if it was the rear that was warped. This just confirms whether it's the rear or the front.

Would the same technique work using our footbrake? I have yet to try.

If you haven't done it before (machining rotors) it is highly likely it is the front rotors. I have recently machined my rear rotors and that was only after I had done my front rotors and noticed no vibration, but kept hearing an annoying screech on the rear right side that came from that rotor in particular and after machining it, no more problem.
