High beams won't turn on
Hi all,
My 99 RX300 has recently started exhibiting some odd behavior with the high beams. When I engage the high beams, the driving lights turn off but the high beams do not activate. This was working a couple of months ago but now I get nothing.
Any ideas?

If DRL work , then your bulbs are fine. The problem could be with the fuse, switch, relay or wiring.
Just check that all relays are seated properly.
How about the flash (flick of the stick)?
