can after market TV's be connected to the factory DVD/Nav? any location/mounting idea

can after market TV's be connected to the factory DVD/Nav? any location/mounting idea

I am looking to lease a new 2002 RX. with NAV and DVD, is there anyway to connect after market tv's to the factory nav or just the dvd? also where can i mount the tv's. headrests i hear are anywhere from $260 to $460 each. too expensive for a lease vehicle. so where else can i put them. also if you have any pics of your rx with tv's or a stereo system in it please show me. thanks for your time.
