Does anyone can tell me what it is and what the purpuse of this device? Even though it looks cool !

Oil Coolers are designed to do just that, cool the oil. This usually isn't necessary unless your engine has a tendency to run hot or you put the engine under a lot of stress (heavy towing, racing, etc.) Oil coolers typically increase the oil capacity of an engine too, thus potentially prolonging the life of the engine. There are also drawbacks, potential oil clogs, and engine that runs too cool and thus doesn't burn gas efficiently and results in engine deposits, etc. I don't think the RX-300 needs one unless it has undergone some serious engine mods. I don't think the Rod Millen race RX-300 has one.

the closest way i can read what that guy is saying is to copy the link of what you want... Then go to www.altavista.com and look for the translate link... once you are there, paste the link to the translate webpage bar and select japanese to english... its not a perfect translation... but close enough =)
