99 RX tailights - changing out red plastic?

Hello...
I recall someone posting a message that they purchased a silver/chrome treatment to replace the red plastic that comes in the 99 and 00 RX300s. Think they got it from Carson Toyota.
Does anyone have a picture of what it looks like?
Not sure what it would look like, but it would be nice to see before going that route rather than having to change the entire assembly to match the 01s.
Thanks for the help!

I think red lights for the tail/brake lights are actually different aren't they? So even if you took out your tail light assembly and painted it silver or had it chromed inside the look wouldn't be the same, then again, that would be easier than trying to remove fender panels and splicing wires to get the 2001+ tail lights in.

yeah, I figured you could just color the plastic silver, or maybe even black, and then reseal the assembly... not sure what is the easier route to go -- this or just purchasing some 01s, removing the panels, & tweaking the wiring.

The clear plastic lens is sealed to the red reflector. I don't think it is possible to separate them without damaging it. If you are lucky and get it apart, you will not be able to seal it back completely. Don't be surprised if you get moisture build up, especially during car washes, and rainy days.
I'm still for swapping the 01 lights.

It is very easy
I put the '01 tail lights in my '00. Iwas a very easy project and it was the best looking change I made besides the 18" rims. It takes about 2 hours and $500 for the parts...
