Hi everybody my sister just bought a 99 RX300 w navigation but not from Lexus dealer. She doesn't know where to get it activate, does anyone know about this...thanks in advance...

There is no activation required. Check the owner manual or purchase one from the dealer. If the GPS based Navigation is not working, have the dealer check it out as it should should be covered under warrantee [check mileage].

Note: I assume the Nav system is NOT after market product]

As a '99 it would have to be an aftermarket nav system. Do you know the brand/name of the navigation system in the RX? All the navs I know of don't need activation, you just turn them on and they'll link to the three necessary GPS satellites.
