Can we recalibrate the speedo?

If your tires are properly "plus sized" (bigger wheel/lower profile tire) then you shouldn't have the need because the overall diameter of the tire will still be the same as the OEM tire.
If the proper tire diameter can not be attained, I know that the Nav unit can be recalibrated. Not sure about the speedo, since the odo is electronic I suspect it can be.

I glad other are thinking like me now. I would like to know too about recalibration of the speedometer on the RX. I assume it would be a computer recalibration - thinking that the speedometer is electronic and not cable driven.
Silversport01, tell me how the wheels go if you decide on some. I am interested in, eventually, changing mine to lexus OEM 17's or aftermarket 18x8's. I just wonder about spacers which would probably be necessary. They worry me.
Good Luck

Silversport01, do you know the width of those 18's or the specific wheel?
I think I found the right web site at www.tswwheels.com
