Default DIY maintenance - Axle shaft bolts torque????

So, the scheduled maintenance manual has "Tighten axle shaft bolts (AWD)" listed basically every 5K miles. Anyone have any idea WHAT those are and HOW MUCH to torque them?

Since it is listed as (AWD), I'm guessing it only applies to the rear. I am unable to find any "bolts" - I do, however, see 4 nuts per side that it may be referring to. Anyone???....

This is only Recommended if you engage the AWD system during off roading. Normal daily use does not warrant such maintenance. I can't imagine any Lexus mechanic actually servicing this, unless they notice strange noises.
