Default Powdercoating 20" wheels with inserts

has anyone tried powdercoating the 20" wheels with inserts black or black chrome? I am thinking of getting mine done. Anyone have any pics? What do you guys think?

I am not so sure you can powder coat the inserts as they are plastic and will not think to kindly of the baking process required in powder coating. The wheels can be done for sure.

I will need to ask them if they can paint and color match. I am more concerned about the final look of the wheel if i turned in to gloss black or black chrome. Maybe its just easier to get another set. But i dont want to spend over $1500 for another set vs paying $500 to get it powder coated.

I would think the standard black plastic inserts would look good with out changing their color.
