Annoying Squeal Noise on Fresh Air blower on high or medium high
Did anyone else notice that when Fresh Air blower is on high / medium high there is an annoying squeal from the ventilator fan ?

I think part of the problem is that Lexus was getting complaints about the seat venting in the pre 2016 models. So they added a fan in the seatback that is just behind the driver and it is a bit on the loud side.
The fan is more effective but my 2016 RX350 even had something hitting the fan blade in the drivers seat just behind my head. Could not use it due to that.
My 2017 450h fans are much more quiet but still noticeable on high.
