How common are the intuitive assist and panoramic view options? Looking at the dealer's website and there is no mention of either system on several models across varying prices.

When I bought my '16, I was unable to find many of the options I wanted (e.g. tri-led, HUD) that did not include the luxury package. The vehicles with the luxury package included some options I was not, or thought I wasn't, interested in (e.g. panoramic roof, panoramic view monitor, Mark Levinson audio).

The panoramic view monitor and Mark Levinson audio are two of my surprise favorites. I'm also glad I didn't let the salesman talk me out of the heads-up display.

Lexus.com Website is set up to direct you to a Dealer to buy what is in stock.
Build Configurations are standardized for each Region.
Thus the Website shows you only what is in stock and built a couple of ways.

You can have anything that is buildable (no "20 tires on "18 wheels obviously)
but it would then be a Special Order. For the most part dealers do not bring in
unique combinations just for stock because it makes Dealer Trades more
difficult.

Does someone know the location of all the cameras to stitch the panoramic view?

Cameras are in the front grill, under the overhang of the back door and under both side view mirrors. It works rather well.

Here is a quick view of the Panorama View Camara locations.
Note that the "overhead" view composite depicts a roof that does not have a sunroof...
Virtually all RX's in North America have a sunroof (or two!)
