It looks great! The spacers make it look so much better. They are way too conservative stock.
A couple of questions for you....
Where did you get the spacers and how much were they?
Have you noticed any difference in the drive since adding the spacers? Any shimmies or vibration? That's my biggest concern about adding spacers.
I've been thinking about adding new wheels that are more flush, but the spacer thing might be an option for me.

Looks great! It actually looks like you lowered it a bit after you installed the spacers...
any chance you can link where you bought the spacers and longer wheel lugs?

I had a K&N filter on 2 of my cars. I hated oiling them lol.
Any change on MPG?
I really want the AEM one but they don't seem to want to make one as when I asked they said they have no ETA for it.

-also, these spacers include all the hardware. add spacers, torque with the included open lug nuts, put factory wheel over, and torque down the oem lugs on top of the spacer

I noticed you tinted your front windshield... i'm having my front 2 windows done next week 20% to match rears and my tint guy said he wants to tint entire front windshield 40%.. im just concerned about tinting entire windshield (technically its prohibited to tint the front windshield in Massachusetts, your only allowed 6 inch strip from top of windshield)
does it look really dark at 35%? Any issues with law enforcement? Im assuming its prohibited in NY. Im also not putting a front plate which is also prohibited in MA but ill deal with that when the time comes... Its a "fixer" ticket if I get one for not having a front plate but they wont be so kind if I tinted entire windshield.. lol

Just a "lil bit" the RX F Sport was my compromise of room for the kids, but still have something sporty for myself and I've lowered almost every car I've ever owned *94 Maxima, 98 Intergra R, 95 M3, 98 G37* since I'm in Georgia we almost never get snow, and when we do, the entire state shuts down

Awesome sound and also the stance changed in every angle with the spacers bro! how you did it? I wonder if would work with the Hybrid version, because I really want to make some changes on my Rx450h sport but, because it has hybrid system I don't really know if installing spacers will affect the sensors or I don't know that are in the wheels, I don't know if it has to do with the hybrid system, thats why I regret buying the hybrid version, I can't do anything to her. Even putting the car in N mode and put the foot down, can't hear anything... anyone feeling annoyed of that????
