How many miles does the lease allow. You will have to pay for any miles over what the lease allows. 17k miles sounds like a lot for a 2016 RX.

Just saying that it will cost you for every mile over.

You will I'll have to pay for any overage in mileage and of course and damages.

Besides remaining payments, if your next car isn't a Lexus I think they will charge you the disposition fee. Now if you trade it in, that's a different story. Hopefully what they offer you is about equal to your residual amount plus remaining payments. Then you can pretty much walk away with paying nothing. Any reason why you are returning it so early?

First bored of it. I want to go back to sedan maybe gs350 2010 lol. The rx350 i only get 200 miles per 15 gallons even with eco mode. Since i paying $730 every months. Might as well go with cheaper payment and save up some money to mod the sedan lol.

maybe gs350 2010 for cheaper payment so i can mod lol. The other reason why i wnt to return is because the gas miles not too good. The car does choke here and there when you at the compeleted stop.

Returning leased car early is never a good idea. Find another car that you like and trade your leased car in. You will probably be upside down more than your gas savings will be in the next 5 years unless you are driving 10K miles per month.

Boredom does not count and you will pay dearly if you return early. Even if you get a new Lexus there will be a penalty to pay. If you do not get a new Lexus . . . it will be painful

I've gotten out of a few leases since I like changing vehicles but it generally costs you. You will have to pay if your buyout (residual +lease payment owned without interest) is greater than the trade-in value of the vehicle as though you owned it.

So for illustration, if your buyout is for instance 45K and the trade in value is 42K, you would owe Lexus 3K to get out of the lease which you can add on as negative equity to the next purchase/lease at Lexus.

Good luck.

Might as well scratch this plan. You would take an absolute financial beating.

carmax give me $39k for my car. I just give her the look are you kidding me and walk away. Lol

im in the market for 2010 cause it looks better then 08 and 09. I dont might to pay 3k or 4k on the negative equity. Hopefully this will be my last car without change for different car for a long time.

If you keep it, I'd be going to the dealer to find out why you only get 200 miles per 15 gallons of gas. Of course if you're givin er most of the time, that would explain it.

200 miles per 15 gallons (13.3MPG) isn't that bad if you're in cold weather, heavy traffic, or thumping the gas. I got 16MPG with my normal commute in the winter driving normally in my 2010 RX350.

It's a luxury SUV and carries a lot of unnecessary additional weight for the sake of luxury. Another alternative is to go hybrid! I went from gassing up every 2 weeks to once a month.
