Help me understand a lease. I Never have leased a car.
So after three years you have paid $22,320
If you wanted to buy it after your lease. Do you just minus the Msrp 59000 - 22,320= $36,680?
So is $36k the buy out at the end of the lease?

Technically it's $21,180 after three years (since Lexus waives last two months). Honestly, $570/mo on a fully loaded F-Sport is a damn good deal (better than the Lexus offers deals too).

I don't have a signed contract yet, but buy out after 3 years would probably be in that range.

If you're only paying $1,800 + MV fees upon delivery the deal sounds good. You said the MSRP is $59,268, but what is the actual sell price the dealer is using to calculate the $570 per month payment?
As someone else mentioned please post MF and residual. May I ask which dealer you're using?

There is something wrong. There is a residual that the dealer gets from Lexus. Three year lease around 50%
With only 1800 down I would expect the payment to be closer to around 800 per month plus tax.
570 makes me think something is too good to be true and the dealer will surprise you later.

Using any online lease calc I do not see anything special about this deal.
59K MSRP
Assuming 10% off 53K selling price with $1,800 down lease payment is around $525 without tax. With 10% tax it is $575

That would certainly change the deal if residual was 60-61 % I just didn't think it was that high.

Just checked with a NY dealership. They say that residual is 64% on an F sport for three years, 12K.
So on a 59,000 price ...64% 37,6760 and 34 payments of 570 + 1800 down, 21,180. Add it up and it's $58,940.
Add some interest and extra's and the deal seems just as Oldfart says...it's nothing special.
You guys in the States get better residuals than Canada. Not to mention way better prices!

If you take the equally optioned packages the Canadian prices are better. We pay way more taxes though. And we only get 3 packages rather than options.

You need to ask the Dealer what is the Net Price of the vehicle and MF (interest rate) normally .00155 = 3.74% then you will know the real price you should pay.
Since you are a current LX owner you should get Lexus Loyalty rebate + cash rebate.
Dealer sometime drop the prices of MSRP but make those loses on MF.
Also are NY Taxes added in that $570 monthly payments. $1000 Down = $28 per month.
