Intuitive Parking Assist
Could anyone please let me know if the 'Intuitive Parking Assist' useful/worth on RX 350? Or just having the regular reverse camera is good enough?

I personally used Intuitive Park Assist each time I park my RX in the garage. It's usefulness and worth depends on how often you will use it. If you do a lot of parallel parking, have kids (tend to leave toys and bikes around), have a messy or tight garage, then I recommend it.
Now, some things to consider. IPA does not help detect curbs in front of your RX. From my experience, it does a good job at detecting things at about the height of a 5-gallon bucket. Anything shorter and it becomes hit and miss.
The second thing to consider is whether or not you are getting the Panoramic View Monitor. I strongly recommend this feature. If you get PVM, you don't really need IPA. But, if you are not getting PVM ($1865), IPA ($535) is a good alternative, but limited compared to PVM. You get what you pay for. I have both and don't have any excuses for not parking my car correctly!

I absolutely always rely on the IPA when pulling into the garage. I find the hood/fender line is quite dramatic and difficult to judge the proximity to my garage frame and the bicylces inside. The front camera view helps a lot.

I also would recommend the Panoramic View Monitor. It was one of the options I wasn't interested in when I bought the RX but it was bundled with other options I wanted.
It is great for backing into parking spaces (it's a guy thing), driveways, etc. It really is amazing technology and I find it very helpful.
I find it a nice addition to the parking assist warnings and indicators.

I agree that the PVM is a great addition. My only wish would be that the cameras would stay on when parallel parking and shifting between 'D' and 'R'. In my previous Audi, the rearview camera would activate when the car was placed in reverse, and it would not shut off unless the car hit a forward moving speed of 15 km/h. I cannot stand the lag-time for the camera to shut on/off during these situations.

Sounds like a good enhancement for 2018! Having PVM is about the only way I can park perfectly parallel in a parking space. I agree it's annoying that you can't make the PVM cameras stay on when you shift into D. PVM won't activate in D unless IPA detects something close. Hitting the View button to turn on PVM does take a couple secs.

Agreed. The pano camera comes on way before the IPA sensors kick on. For now, I just press the button to manually turn it on when needed (parallell parking) or wait until the IPA sensors trigger it.

I have mine set to auto and it is really good. Probably one of the best gadgets of the car. This should be a standard equipment on all cars.

Thanks to s2000zr for the reminder about the auto setting for the PVM. I'll agree it does take some getting used to the popup at stop signs and stop lights but it does reduce the need to press the button when parallel parking or pulling into a parking spot.
I find the front hood slopes down making it hard to judge where the front of the vehicle is. The auto-PVM helps makes sure I pull far enough into the parking spot.
