I've been working with Alex Maslennikov at Ray Catena of Monmouth. I ordered a fulled loaded 2017 RX 350 (everything except HUD, RES and tow package). I'd love to compare numbers with you. 8% off a custom seems really good, especially this early in the game.

I earlier said 5% not 8%. I think the person who said he/she got 8% off purchased the RX from present dealer inventory. I got 5% off for a model that is being built to my specific requirements. BTW, I won't know the exact MSRP until the car is nearly built.

This sounds like a decent but not great deal????
...my dealer on long island, ny agreed to special order me a fully loaded, 2017 rx450h f sport at $500.00 above invoice with $2000 deposit.
estimation built from cars.com:
msrp = $63,275 (fully loaded hybrid fsport - HUD, levinson audio, 12.3", panoramic roof and monitor, triple beam headlights, touch free rear door, cold package, tow prep)
$500 above invoice = $59,418+500 = 59,918
59,918 is slightly more than 5% off.
by the way, does anyone know if this car, the 2017 450h f-sport special order, would come from Japan or Canada? the dealer said they don't know until the put they order in!
Leaning toward caviar\red.
By the way, when I was comparing the levinson vs the 9 speaker systems, when i turned off the surround sound setting in levinson, to me it sounded better than the default settings - more balance between front and rear, that sold me on it.

I suggest you make the deal over the phone and then buy a one way ticket to Georgia.......he'll probably pick you up at the airport!
