I have a 2016 rx350 and for some reason the remote start is not working. I tried it with the enform app and got an error of failed for request when I tried to start the engine. I had no issue with unlock/lock the door with the enform app.

clickart, maybe the app was being temperamental. If the problem continues, contact the dealer or tech specialist. Please let us know what happens.

Mine does this from time to time. I noticed it's usually in areas where there's bad cell signal.

I meant to add, make sure the doors are locked. And maybe try remote start using the fob. Hit lock three times quickly, then hold the lock button for a few seconds. The hazard lights should flash about three times before the RX turns on. That can help rule out a mechanical issue,

I updated the enform app today and it worked. Maybe I was in an area with bad signal.
