Default 2016 RX Rear Power Seat safety

Hello Everyone,
I am looking at the new RX. The power folding rear seats are exciting. However I have young kids and am concerned with the safety.

1. While driving, does the switch function? If I round a sharp corner and luggage hits the switch in the cargo area will the seat fold?

2. Is there any warning is the seat it no fully set. If I have a child seat in, it is hard to tell is seat is set correctly. Is there a flashing light or sound or any type of warning?

this is my only hesitation with purchasing this vehicle.

There are NO safety measures for the seats. If they are pressed they will squeeze and kill anyone who is in the rear seats. I mean seriously, yes there are sounds, yes there are resistance sensors. Come on man. This isn't 1965.

There's a weight sensor, but you have to be aware of where you purchased the vehicle. If you purchased it in the USA then the weight sensors are tuned to a higher weight since on average American children are heftier. If your child is on the lighter than average side you need to find the switch under the seat and turn off "freedom mode" for the weight sensor to detect a smaller child...

From the manual:

The car has to be stopped and the back door has to be open for the cargo area switch to be active.

Did someone died by seat compacting in 1965?
