Depends on the terms.

Residuals on 3 years are running in the low-mid 60%'s (these are fixed and cannot be marked up)
I believe the acquisition fee is still $700ish (someone correct me)

Base rate MF is around .00155. If you do a one-pay lease it's more like .00055.

Lexus of Santa Monica is advertising $439 + tax, $3,600 down, for an MSRP of $43,480 36 mo, 10k / y. That's quite higher than the lexus.com offer of the 2015 RX, $399 + tax, $2,400 down, for an MSRP of $46k.

As much as I would love leasing the 16 RX, I think I'll let the dust settle for a year or two. I don't want to pay $150 more a month just because the model is just out. There are some other great deals out there from other brands.

That 10,000 a year cap is way too low. I know that is standard but it doesn't work for me.

I drive over 10K a year just going to work each day. I wouldn't be able to drive it at night or on the weekends.

If they had a 15K a year cap then I would be on it.

You can lease one with a 15k year cap. It just will cost you a little more. Even if you go over 10k cap they will usually take your trade in for another lease early if you didnt go over the cap too much.

Hmm, I honestly did not know that. Is that option listed on the website? Or is that something that depends on the dealership?

It seems that if I went over by 5K then it would only be $1250 per year. That's really not all that insane, averaging $104 per month. Expensive but not insane.

Let's not rush to conclusions based on a 5 min conversion with one drunk salesman
I had a very good experience with the same dealership and I know others that share my opinion.

It's like driving on 405 at 8:00am January 1st and believing it's like that all the time.

I got new 2005 RX330 from them was the best deal I could get at a time. No complains here as well.

Default Lexus financing deals on 4th gen RX

Does anyone know how the Lexus financing deals work? On Lexus website it currently doesn't show any current finance deals whereas other vehicles have the 1.9% 60month deal. Does this change monthly? Also if the RX doesn't have this offer this month, are dealerships able to get Lexus financial to offer this promo on a RX purchase? Thanks

It's very unlikely for the next few months and maybe this year for the 1.9% or promo deals

Financing a Vehicle always compare the terms LFS is offering.

If theyre doing 1.9% and offering some kind of backend rebate to the dealer or to the customer then thats something that better then say no rebate 1.49% from a credit union.

Most of the time outside financing from credit unions probably cheaper

Thanks for the replies. Perhaps going through my own finance may be cheaper but I'd like to keep it via lexus/toyota financial if not much difference in rate.

Lexus was running a 2.9% promo last month so it seems promo deals change monthly or so. My car will be ready 3-4 months from now so im hoping things change by then,
