Is the F-Sport leather quality as high as the Luxury Leather?

That seems to be the problem. You cannot get the Luxury option with the F-Sport. I want the nicer leather so will have forgo the F-Sport even though I like the options and blacked out grill a lot. I would also want adjustable bolsters in the seats like a corvette has. Mine were motorized and could fit you perfectly with the adjustment. These 2 items are something for Lexus to think about.

I had the Luxury Package on my 2013 RX and now on my 2016 RX. I am amazed at how much nicer and softer the semi-aniline leather is on the 2016 then the 2013s. I don't know how it could be better but perhaps Lexus is sourcing the hides from a different place. I also was considering the F-Sport but felt the luxury package gave me so much more of an upscale interior and that outweighed the exterior difference for me.

The semi-aniline leather is the only reason I chose the 350 over the f sport. I really like the f sport better. Especially the wheels. I also like the word trim better than the aluminum in thr f sport.

I wanted the f sports ever since they show the RX back in October. But now, i think the luxury package would be better for us. I can't see myself seating straight for more than a hour b/c of the deep side booster of the f sport. F sport seat looks like it hugs you tight. I guess it's good on corner.

A lot of people like the blacked out grill etc. but find the seats a little tight for riding in long distances. That was my assessment when I tried out the sports seats. If the bolsters were adjustable that would make the seats great. Maybe they will offer some other options on the 2017 version like the semi-aniline leather for the sports option.

So far; 3200 km (2000 miles) and 1 month , I really like my F sport seats. Whenever I get to drive the car, my drive is about 2 hours, and the seats and very comfortable. Not sure how the leather will age though....

Looked at the f sports seat for the second time today to make sure. They are a pita to get in/out. To get in, I put my butt half way on the seat. Guess where the side booster is by now? Way up in my crack that it hurts. And I am only 5'7 150lbs.

Does Lexis have adjustable bolsters on their other sports models ? The seat extenders on the luxury options also really make a long trip much more comfortable when fully extended. I had a 2010 RX luxury and am looking at the 2016. I wonder what changes are coming for 2017 ?
