Gurgling Air Conditioning Noise (TSB info post #119)

I noticed TSB showed 5.0, does that mean it takes 5 hours to fix? Do they need to take apart the dash to fix or is it in engine bay?
If it's really a lot of work I might live with it as it's lease I rather that noise then other new issues.

I've been lurking around my local dealer starting the process of buying a RX350. I'm currently leasing a '15 Camry SE I4. My lease is up in early May, '17 but there's no way I'm forking over $50k plus for an AC gurgling vehicle when for $16k I can buy out my quiet and smooth Camry. It's really a shame but hopefully temporary. Not even my '14 Highlander makes these kinds of noises.....sorry that this doesn't help the problem - I guess I'm just venting b/c I'm really interested in the RX..... Any chance this is a problem solely connected to Canadian built RX350's? I read that they're also making the RX in Japan but not sure if these are for the US market.....

I have a 2010 Venza, 2013 Camry and 2016 rx.
I have a very very slight gurgling that I would have not noticed, if it was not for the complaints in the forums. and the vibration is very very minor too. Compared to both my Toyotas the RX is a much, much smoother and quieter vehicle.
I think the issues are very minor, but people , including myself, are expecting perfection from a $70,000 Lexus.
Hearing my brothers 2017 GLE my RX is much quieter.

L-sb-0101-16
Just took my RX350 in for the 15k service and complained about the A/C gurgling/hissing noise. They did perform a fix, and very similar to the post a page back the invoice references "L-SB-0101-16". Replace Hi and Lo side AC tube all under warranty. It's only been a few days but it has seemed to knock it out.
I can almost hear something on a few occasions VERY faint, but nothing like it was before. I'd say it seems to be 95% or 99% gone. I'm satisfied with it so far. Hopeful it does not come back and glad they seemed to have worked this out!

Just got my ac noise fixed. Noticeably quiet now. That hissing gurgling noise was so annoying. There is the tsb about it and the dealers should know about it. Here is the invoice. Was some ace pipe they said took them 7 hours supposedly to change.

Sigh... Went to the dealer. Lexus of Queens in NYC yesterday. They said "we do not trusts the source from internet. We will need replicate the issue to replace the part for you"
They are not able to reduplicate it since the weather is cold. Nothing was done. Guess I have to come back when the weather gets warmer.
