Why did Lexus install plastic fenders on the 2016 RX???

does anyone know if that black piece comes off to paint? Or do they have to paint on vehicle??

Too funny. Sour grapes because I think the plastic looks cheap. Do you know what the psychological term sour grapes means?

Just do not see the problem at my house.
