Took my 4RX into Lexus yesterday for my 5K
When I pulled up I asked the person who got the key from me to NOT change the air pressure in the tires. When I got it back one tire pressures for the 4 wheels were at 40, 37, 35 and 34.
That was easy to fix when I got home.
The problem I am having is every time I start the car and the NAV screen get done with all the images and disclaimers, I get a notice covering the screen telling me I need to take my car to Roswell Georgia to have my tires rotated. Even when I hit "Do not show this Again" it still comes up when I start the vehicle the next time.
I have gone into the menu between the speedo and tach and have reset the maint but it still comes up when I start the vehicle.
Called my dealer and they told me to standby and they would connect me to the "Technology Department" . . . waited for 15 minutes to get a dial tone.
I am glad it is Friday

There's a user accessible maintenance schedule buried in the settings somewhere. If the car is telling you it needs a specific type of maintenance, it's from schedule that I'm sure.

I agree and have gone into the menu and found the maint reset. I have reset it 20 times and it does nothing. Even hitting the "Do not show this message again" does not stop it. The message stays on the screen for like 10 seconds each time I start the vehicle.

Not sure this may help or not. Press and hold the radio power button. It will cause the radio/nav system to reboot. Its a long shot, but worth a try...Its fixed weird lockup issues for me in the past.

careful with the survey stuff.. only give a bad survey if they really, and I mean REALLY deserve it. it can cost them any money they made that month, or possibly there job. people have no idea just much power they have with those things.

My dealer always calls the day after a service before the survey arrives, I did not get a call. Sitting in the waiting room, I watched them bring 30-40 vehicles in service in just 90 minutes. Like I said I have never had a problem like this after 10-12 Lexus from this dealer. Looks like the service department is getting hammered and hope they are not sacrificing quality for quantity.
Anyway all is well and still enjoy my 4rx.

You can two types of survey where I live. One from Lexus and one from the dealer. The one from the dealer needs to be filled out accordingly or they will never know how their service is performing. The one from the Lexus dealer CAN have ramifications and the dealer can loose money and loaner car support from Lexus.
