Default So picked up my new RX450h SL

25th of NOV 2015
i picked up my new RX
RX launch was on the 25th and i got mine at 11am
possibly the first RX450H registered by a private owner in australia

Specs are White with Black and brown trims
Fully loaded (top of the line spec in aus)
pano roof
LKA
Sway assist
active dampers etc
and so much more
do i like it?
yes i love it
the fuel consumption is less than a CT200H
i think ill be getting 1200km + out of a full tank of fuel

Better fuel economy than the CT? Hmmm.... I owned a CT and a Gen 2 RX400h which got me 10L/100km and while the 4RXh is more fuel efficient, I'd expect about 7.5-8L/100km versus 5.0-5.5 L/100km for the CT. If you can beat the CT, please post us the secrets!

official figure on my car is 5.6L average per 100km
and thats stated on the sticker
theres no secret
gen 2 got rubbish consumption compared to gen 3
my gen 3 was getting 7.3s
the new model is at 5.6
i only state things online with evidence or experience as alot of old members woud know

ill get it below 5.6
i got it fro the dealer at 17.1 after sitting and idling at the dealer for 2 hours
i had 50kms on the dash after driving for a while dropped to 11.1 and dist to empy was at 772kms
do the maths it wont be accurate but it will do that
my prius C is stated a 2.7L per 100kms and it actualy does it
i dunno about the US stated fuel consumption australia toyota/lexus claims are pretty accurate
