I heard you couldn't do a tow hitch on the F Sports.... Did you have the dealer install the tow hitch for you?
That is false. Take a look at the thread "viable hitch solutions" etrailer has hitch for f sport $140, took me 20 mins to install. Dealership wants $800 just for oem hitch alone.

A little background to start. So we played a little bit of musical cars because what prompted this was my 2008 335 sedan really started to have a bunch of problems in November 2015. The car has a little over 141k and although they're great cars to drive, they're horrible cars to own. Long story short on the issues, after numerous repairs I've now started noticing that it's been hard shifting especially in stop and go traffic and when I'm sitting at a light, the rpm bounces up and down by like 50-100 rpms. Sometimes, it'll dip a little more than 50-100 rpms and it'll feel like it's about to stall. So preemptively, I got rid of the car because if I keep it and the tranny goes or I have to repair the injectors, or ignition coils, or turbos, that will be such an expensive bill, that I wouldn't be able to sell the car. So we sold it now.
So instead of me buying a new car, I'm actually going to take my mom's 2004 GS430 with about 130k miles and still going strong. She then ended up getting a new car and got this beautiful 2016 RX350. Eminent White with Noble Brown Semi-aniline leather with luxury package, panorama glass roof, Nav with ML system, Lexus Safety System + with triple beam premium headlights, IPA, heated and ventilated front seats, panoramic front view monitor with rear cross traffic alert, HUD, and touch free power rear door. The car is awesome. It has a lot of tech and the design inside and out has definitely improved in this 4th gen RX. It's much more emotional. People either love the design or hate. I'd rather people have that kind of opinion than just saying eh and then forgetting about it. In any case, that was a quick write up on the scenario with the options. Enjoy the pictures.
One thing to note on the pictures is the interior with the flash makes the brown look more terra cotta. It's not like that. It's more like the pictures without the flash. Also, did you notice that the door handle looks like the letter "F?"

You may have not lost you change tray and open space beneath center console.
I found on mine a change tray located to the left of the steering wheel and there is a little button below the vent. Push this button and a change tray opens.
If you open the center console, you can pull the whole storage box out and there is storage below that. I was able to put my owners manual there.
