Default Key fob no longer locks/unlocks after installing new body control module
I am working to convert my Canada-spec RX350 to US-spec and just installed a US-spec body control module to change the internal temps to Fahrenheit. Everything has been super smooth, except my key fob no longer locks/unlocks the car. The proximity key works great and the car starts with the fob. So it’s just the remote lock/unlock feature that was lost.

I have TechStream installed on my laptop and an OBD2 cable. What do I need to do to get the remote lock/unlock functionality back? Thanks in advance.

Yup, once you do that, you'll lose access with your original smart keys.

You have to re-program them through the 'smart access' menu in Techstream.
