The dealers usually don't advertise their lowest price especially on a brand new model.
You have to play the dealer game. You have to be patient and be ready not to give in.
Email all the dealers that You can reach and let them know what You want to buy. The color and the options, and ask for their best price. You will soon start getting quotes and can play Your game from there onwards.
You can also say like You are looking for a said amount of discount and whichever dealer will accommodate that You will close the deal the same day.
At this time, I will at least shoot for $7000 discount. Be ready to travel to Your neighboring states if the local ones are not showing any interest. As You can see people here are getting very good discounts already.
Keep us posted.
Thank You.

I bought that RX350 today. My savings are 6754. 12.3% off over MSRP. And all this in less then 40 minutes of talk time over the phone and not so much of haggling for each $.

I just set the pace right from the first visit.

The Houston dealer wanted to beat price first, but called me this morning that its already a great deal and even they are doing around 6000 +/- so he cannot beat it. And just for 2-300 I was not prepared to go to Houston. If it was 1000 then hell yes!

I did bought extended warranty though. And I also bought their $1000 package for Tire, dent and hail damage repair.

My question is - this $1000, is it worth? I can cancel it, but the price was only for today. I know this is money minting but kept it for toady so I can cancel with some research as I was not prepared for this one.

1) Which provider and what are the contract terms for the extended warranty? And dont read the brochure, refer to what items are excluded and what items are covered in the contract you looked over before signing on the dotted line.

2) What does the contract say about the provider, adjuster, and deductible for tire, dent and hail damage warranty? Plus make sure you are paying for that type of coverage only once; aka all of what you mention usually is covered under your car insurer (except tire damage). If your on a lease (more helpful then outright purchase/finance), and commute on rough pothole ridden roads then yea I`d keep the wheel damage plan.

1. Toyota / Lexus is the extended warranty provider. Cover will kick in after 4 years till 8 years - 100,000 miles.

2. No deductible for tire and wheel damage and small dents. They will cover $1000 in insurance for hail damage. This cover is for 5 years.

Have not gone through the line items and that. And I am not convinced about the 2nd cover. I am going to research it more.

I can cancel both with a fee for $50 and the second prorated to ownership days till 5 years. And first will get 100% refund ( apart from $50) till 4 years. For my previous cars extended warranty did play huge role and I saved lot due to that.

That's pretty expensive. Even my 2016 Corvette was only $1400 for 7 years bumper to bumper protection through GM...

Maryland dealer is offering me Red RX350 AWD with msrp 53,588 for 47,500. More than 6K offer. more than 11% off.

The other dealer i called in Virginia said he can give me with Parchment interior at this price but with black i have to pay 1,500 more as it is very hard to get.

Was able to close a deal this past weekend on a 2016 RX350 AWD. Silver Lining Metallic w/Black Interior. From a dealer in CT that another member suggested. They beat all the dealers in NJ by a good margin and had the least amount haggle/hassle. Sales Consultant and Manager were both great.

MSRP - $ 53,299
Price - $ 46,981
Discount - $ 6,318
Discount % - 11.85%

Options:
20" Gray Metallic Alloy Wheels w/Machined Finish
Blind Spot Monitor w/Rear-Cross Traffic Alert
Espresso Walnut Interior Wood Trim Heated and Ventilated Front Seats Heated Leather Steering Wheel Intuitive Parking Assist
Lexus Safety System+
Moonroof
Navigation System with 12.3" multimedia display Lexus Enform Destinations (1-year trial subscription included), Lexus Enform App Suite (Complimentary)
Premium Package Includes: Leather Trim Seats, Power-folding Outside Mirrors, Driver's Seat/Steering Wheel/Mirror Memory, Rain-sensing Wipers, Aluminum Roof Rails
Touch Free Power Rear Door
All Weather Floor Mats with Cargo Mat

I did purchase a 7YR/125K and Tire/Wheel/Dent/Ding Warranty for $3,195.

Thank You all for the all information, couldn't have done it without you guys.
