Thought the Lexus cut-off date for orders was the 20th. If that is the case, then Lexus already has the models loaded for build for November...which could be why your vehicle shows 11/17.
Aren't all of the 450h built in Japan?

It's going to be the last week of October and still no official pricing on Lexus website. What cut off date for orders if Lexus has not even officially announced pricing and the exact packages on their website? Maybe I am missing something.

2016's are being built, and shipping out from the factories. Production started in October, so you haven't been missing out on anything yet. Lexus tends to standardize packages for shipments to dealer. Special orders now would probably be for a December build at the earliest. GIven dealers are trying to grab everything they can, a custom order might even be a month or 2 into 2016.
Check with your local dealer and they'll be able to help you. Try to find allocation that they already have coming in that is equipped as close to what you want.
There's enough tidbits of pricing floating around, that one can come pretty close to sticker via using what is out there already.

'16 RX Pricing
Talked to two dealers in Ohio today. Both dealers are receiving cars on the 3rd of November. One of the dealers is expecting a allocation of 21 cars for November. They had pricing available to them to build a car if one wanted to special order. Literature is expected at the dealer Monday on the RX.

They are probably trying to clear out 2015 inventory and keeping the website focused on the 2015 until they do so. Toyota is doing the same thing with the highlander and rav4. Not uncommon practices.

Thank you for this! This is very helpful.
1. What is the "two-tone instrument panel (for Luxury Package)" ... does anyone have a photo of what this looks like or at least an explanation?
2. I'm curious as to why Lexus would only offer the 16-way seat on the F-Sport model. I realize the F-Sport has different seats, but I love the 16-way seats on the GS... wish that was an option on the Luxury model.
All of the dealers I have called have little to no knowledge of this car. I've even had a few salesman who didn't know there was a new RX. Really amazes me how little some people know about their job.
Anyone have a recommended Internet Sales contact in California? Anywhere from the Bay Area to Sac and down to So-Cal... I'm just looking to get the car i want.

Thank you for this info!!
Finally, I can estimate the price!!
It seems fully loaded 350 F sport model which I ordered is about $60,000
Why do Lexus charge so much more for the same options for 350 models?
Panoramic View Monitor and Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert
$1300 for 350, $800 for 450h
Panorama Moonroof
$1600 for 350, $500 for 450h
12.3" Color Display Nav System and Mark Levinson 15-Speaker Sound System
$3260 for 350, $1510 for 450h
It doesn't make sense to me

It's the same, it's just the 450 has more standard stuff (the ones that are blacked out like sunroof)...the extra $500 is to step up to a panoramic one. Look again and you'll understand.

Thanks so much Bearcat for those spec sheets. That made my doubt over F Sport vs. non-F Sport go away. I really like the styling of the F Sport grill and trim elements much better than the base model. The VDIM intergated into the dashboard display is really a step up too.
I was concerned that not having the luxury option on F Sport would make me feel like I was giving up some of the nicer touches I enjoy on my current RX but I see from the details that's not the case.
My only remaining doubt is the feel to the F Sport seats vs. the standard ones. That's a very personal feeling so I'll have to wait until they're on the lot to clear that up.
The packaging really makes the model attractive to me. I've spec'd one out and it doesn't come in much different than the $59,995 MSRP of my comparably equipped 2013 RX450h.
$55,645 450h Fsport
$315 Cold Weather Pkg
$600 Color HUD
$2,250 Safety package + LED Headlights
$200 Touch free Power rear door
$1,510 12.3" display Navigation + ML Sound
$60,520

I am getting the first vehicle coming in at my dealership and it has HUD so I don't understand why they are saying 4-6 months. I also special ordered one that is coming 3 weeks after and it has the HUD.
