Default Price of RX350 F-SPORT?

What do you guys think the starting price will be on the F-SPORT?

The current F-sport starts at $49,635.

Hopefully not much more.

The car has just been changed in appearance it seems. The motor and capabilities seem the same. It has sharper lines, different grill, etc. The interior looks markedly different but doesn't look like any extra capabilities have been added. They will probably jack up the price by a few grand I'm guessing just because it is a major rework in looks but hopefully not much more than that, especially if they are trying to attract a younger crowd.

With an increase in size, safety tech, features (such as AVS), and a more powerful engine, I would assume we're looking at a reasonable increase in price.

Just had an invoice after I placed a deposit on an RX.

I paid £54k for my RX450h F-Sport in 2012. My invoice is £70,055!!!?!?! Im still in the first stage of grief (denial) that it could go up by that much. Maybe its a spoof.

Expect a huge increase in price if its not a spoof.

I don't think any model RX will go for above $65k here in the states. Why buy an RX when you can get a brand new fairly loaded GX460 for $65k?

if it had same options as in Europe, it might go over $70k, like GS450h does... but it likely wont have all of the options.

For instance active stabilizers were very expensive in 3GS, they likely wont make US market.

If I'm not mistaken the GX is being removed from the lineup pretty soon. It'll be dormant after the 3rd row RX comes

The GX will still be in the lineup for 2016. It will probably be released at the end of this year with a starting price of $53k

long term, GX might not go anywhere since it is selling so well... but amount of options on this new RX goes beyond GX which is old design by now.

Looking over RX450h prices right now, it is$62k loaded and missing so many things from new model.. either they gimp it at keep it under $65k or they offer trully loaded worldwide model at $70k.

I am thinking they will gimp it as usual, to keep "loaded" model at normal levels.
