My co-worker is looking at a 2012 RX350 that had some water inside the cabin. Are there any critical electronics located on the floor/under seats? I believe the ECU is under the hood so it should not have been affected. Anything else that could get damaged from soaked carpets?

Not overly familiar with the electronics but know of a couple spots to look.
Rear of centre console, facing the rear seats & at the floor level is a user interface module.
Yaw detection device at/on the floor about midway under the centre console.
