you got to pull a lot crap to get to those back 3 plugs

what do you suppose would cause 1 port to be so much dirtier than the rest ?

Looks like buildup I'd see on throttle bodies...You check throttle body and see if there's similar residue?

Looks good for 130,000 miles. As said above, EGR closest to that port or the PCV valve. Doesn't look like anything that would worry me. Now if the spark plug from that cylinder looked a lot different than the rest of the plugs, I would look further.
