Is this bend in the muffler pipe normal?

Even if kinked or bent and have no leaks I would say leave it. Why do you need perfect round tubing? Might want to find out why it's kinked, possible accident? We in CA would be more concerned about the amount of rust you have in the undercarriage, but must be normal in heavy snow area,

It's not that I need a round exhaust. I was just concern that it might harm the engine. The car was hit at the back. Car fax said minor accident at rear. I did inspect the rear and there was no sign of a hard hit. The rust did not alarmed me and that could be due to my area like you said
