Default How to replace Hazard Warning switch?

Recently got a pre-owned 2015 RX350 and am liking it a lot. Have an issue that I hope someone can help with. The hazard warning switch (for the 4-way flashers) sticks both trying to turn on and turn off. I'm guessing the spring inside is possibly broken. I've found a listing for the switch but cannot figure how to remove the air-vent grill assembly that the switch mounts in to replace it. Any suggestions? I'm 75 miles from the nearest Lexus dealer and don't want to start my relationship with this kind of issue, thus I figure I'll do it myself...

Thanks in advance for any help...

Many thanks for the quick response...now I'll have to decide whether to dive into that or leave it or take it to the dealer...looks a LITTLE more complicated than I anticipated
