Cool 2010 RX 350 Fuse Panel red strips

I have a 2010 RX 350 - Power rear door has stopped working. Might be the fuse. I have identified it as fuse #9, which is under a red strip. Fearful of breaking something I did not exert much energy trying to remove it, but it did not come up or off. How does this work???

gspalthoff, welcome to CL. Before you pull the fuse, have you checked the button inside the glove box? Possibly it was accidentally pushed and disabled the power rear door.

Checked the glove box button. It was in the active position. Nothing has changed. Pulling the fuse which is under this red bar is the concern.
