Default Does IS rims fit RX?

I have a friend that is offering me the stock rims off her 2011 IS250 F-sport. I was wondering if it will fit my 2013 RX350? I have attached the wheel information (not sure if it's the correct information though)

I used to run RX300 wheels on my IS300. They actually looked pretty decent.

Looking by the specs, IS250 rims are 38mm offset and RX350 is 35mm offset. That means they will be 3mm closer to the inside. That's a rather small margin.
Wheel hub size seems to be the same. I don't see why they wouldn't fit.

Thanks for your reply. Do you also know if that specific rim will fit in my RX tires or do I need new tires? I have Michelin Primacy MXM4 P235/60R18 102V.

Hold on, I looked at the wrong spec. Looks like IS250 rim is 45mm offset and 8" wide. So you're 10mm closer to the inside now.
Should still be fine, though. My 255mm winter tires are 10mm closer as well compared to stock and clear suspension without any issues.
I've run 225mm low profiles (45%) on an 8" wide rim. Stock is 7.5". You're 235mm with 60% sidewall, well within spec.

You are asking if your tires will fit?? Not if I am reading it right...you have 18" , and the IS lists 17", if that is correct, there is no possibility your tires will fit.
