Ok so here is my experience with my 2010 Rx350 CPO. About 38K miles. This one does have the towing package.
So, so far I have had the following replaced, perhaps I just got one of the cars that slipped past QC, but I'm disappointed with Lexus as far as quality goes.
So, I've had the water pump replaced, Radio, a/c system, heat shield, the oil cooler hose, bushings, some trim pieces are coming off or are loose, the hand rest doesnt slide properly and dealer says last few items are not covered under the warranty. This is not my first LEXUS and all previous ones I had no issues even after 120K miles.

Are there any major differences I should be aware of coming from a 2011 Sport package to a 2010 Touring model? I know of the lack of HUD and VDM. Losing HUD is slightly a downside but at least I dont have to pay $900 CAD for a new windshield.
From the pictures it has NAV and the wood on the steering wheel. The wood trim only came on Touring/Ultimate packages right?
