Default Blue Tooth Audio paring issue

Hey, guys so far i haven't had a single issue with my rx350..but recently got a new phone (S7) it paired with bluetooth for the calling but it won't let me pair it with audio to play music from my phone...right now i'm just using my iphone and a USB to play music...but i'd prefer to use my S7...just using a USB and my s7 won't work for some reason...

does anyone know what i can do here? it doesn't NEED to be using Bluetooth to play i don't mind if it works one way or another, i just want to be able to use my S7 as the primary music source instead of my Iphone.

i have a 2012 RX 350

Andriods and USB don't work like iPhones do. They won't play music over USB. On your RX, the pairing of the audio player is separate from the pairing of the phone portion. Do you have navigation? If so, it's something like Setup>Audio>Bluetooth Audio Settings>Register. If Register is grayed out, you may have to Remove a player. It only holds 2.

That worked! thanks!!!

for some reason i had to have it connected with the USB on first attempt to connect via the bluetooth audio setup...it wouldn't connect otherwise.

really appreciate the help!
