New member seeking (Needing) your valuable inputs
Hi Guys,
I am looking at purchasing a Used (Certified) RX350 or RX400I (2013 - 2015).
I would like to hear from anyone who has one of these and the GOOD and the BAD on your experiences.
I am contemplating the Acura RDX also so if you know anything about that vehicle, appreciate your insight also.
I need to move on this soon, so appreciate your help.
Thank you.

Plenty of threads here, including one where everyone lists what they're UNHAPPY with.
I just bought a 2015 RX350, after driving the smaller of the two Acura's. Consumer Reports is very high on the Lexus and I have to say I'm happy with my purchase.

I have been in Lexus RX350's for several years... 3 different ones.
Loved/love each one. They just work for me.
Daughter had Acura for most of the same years... she had several rather serious problems.
Small sample size but after the girl texting ran the red light and T-boned me in the Mercedes... of course I replaced it with the Lexus.

Owned two, a 2004 RX330 and a 2014 RX350. Based on my experience over 12 years, I think they are a great vehicle and good value.
Good:
• The RX is the perfect size for my family.
• I like the quality materials used and the comfort.
• I like the quietness.
• I get very decent gas mileage, (19-20 city / 26-27 highway)
• My RX vehicles have held up very well over time.
• I like the top dollar resale value.
Bad:
• I didn't like the Goodyear or Dunlop tires OEM tires.
• I don't like the headrest position of the 2014 model. It is to far forward for me and is not adjustable front to back.
• I don't like the visibility out the back tailgate of the 2014 model. Rear seat headrests block view.
Overall, I am very pleased with both of my purchases and would buy them again.

Lexus Test Driver
We have a 2015 RX F Sport, it's our third Lexus and overall we are very happy with it in the 1-1/2 years we've had it. While it rides much stiffer than a regular RX we knew that going in and are happy with the handling / ride tradeoff.
Over the years we had two MDX's and two ML350's prior to the RX, and I prefer the RX to both of those. While I can't complain about the MDX's, they were great and the 2009 was fun to drive. The RX is more refined, we test drove a 2015 MDX and we liked the RX better.
The ML350's, well let's just say that IMO both of our ML's left a lot to be desired.
Good Luck.
